Can you help me with Assisted Living San Antonio?

QUESTION:

Death, my son-36 year disabled army veteran, Oct/98, San Antonio, TX.-- medical examiner's report--sleep apnea, ethananol ingestion, bipolor medication (therapeutic levels) cardiac enlargement, hypertension.--diagnosed sleep apnea Brooke Army Gen Hospital, San Antonio--used PCapp sparingly--advised poss ENT surgery alternative (not done)--past history of increased severe snoring,obesity, heavy smoker. life-long asthmatic. increasing hypertension,etc,--was discovered lying in bed dead ,decomposed for 10-12 days in a supervised (?) San Antonio assisted living facility for veterans--was under medical care/ Veterans Adminidtration 3x/week for health and psychiatric care (good cooperation) ----body flown home, covered casket for burial in Michigan---- anguished father Please please only discrete sensitive replies to me-- peace, good health, God bless
